Refunds
If the UtilForge SEO Utility Pack doesn’t work as described, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
Works-as-described · 14 days
Email support@utilforge.org within 14 days of purchase if the pack does not work as described (for example: corrupt zip, missing files, tools that fail under the documented limitations in a way that contradicts the sales page).
Include your MoR order / receipt reference. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
What this covers
- Delivery failures and corrupt archives
- Material mismatch vs the product description (not “I changed my mind about owning HTML” alone — operator may upgrade to no-questions-asked later)
Merchant of Record
When checkout is live, refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record (Gumroad). This page’s terms must match the MoR product refund settings.
