Why get a pack?
The tools on this site are free to use, and every one of them works with no signal once the page has been opened. A pack is a dated copy kept together as a folder on your own devices, plus things a tool alone cannot give: a guide, rules, training and records. The free site is always the latest version, so a pack is for keeping a copy you can file and use without a connection, not for newer tools.
