Find every payment that repeats, see what they cost you in a year, and spot the ones you forgot, the ones that overlap and the ones nobody agreed to.

The short answer. To find every subscription you pay for, look through your statement for payments that repeat. List what you pay for, or check your own statement here on your own device, and this page finds each repeat, adds up a year's cost and points out the ones that overlap, went up or look like a trial nobody agreed to. Then it shows how to cancel.

How it works, in four steps

  1. Paste or chooseList what you pay for, or open your own bank or card statement.
  2. The check runs on your own phone or computerWhat you add stays on your device, and the page keeps working with the internet off.
  3. Read what it found and what to do nextSee every payment that repeats, the yearly total, and how to stop the ones nobody agreed to.
  4. What this check cannot doIt looks for repeating payments and well-known service names, so it can miss some and flag others by mistake.

Nothing you paste or type here leaves this phone or computer. There is no sign-up, and nothing is saved: close the page and it is gone. Turn the internet off and it still works. Use it on your own statement, or sit beside someone while they use it on theirs.

Questions people ask

Who made this?

UtilForge makes it. UtilForge is a website of free cybersecurity tools. The About page explains why the tools were made, and the Contact page is the way to reach us.

Is this a scam site?

You do not have to take our word for it, because you can check. This page does not ask for payment, a sign-in or card details. It is set so that your browser stops the page sending anything off your phone or computer, and you can test that: let the page finish loading, switch the internet off, then use it. It keeps working, because it has nowhere to send anything. If you are still unsure about any website, do not type anything private into it. UtilForge also sells optional packs of tools through Gumroad, and nothing on this page needs one. No one from UtilForge will ever ask you for your bank statement, and real banks and services never ask for it either.

What happens when I close the page?

What you pasted or typed is gone. It saves nothing in your browser and puts nothing in the web address of the page. The page has no save or download button, so it leaves no file on your device. Write down anything you want to keep before you close it.

Does it cost anything, and do I need to sign in?

It is free, and you can start straight away. UtilForge also sells optional packs of tools through Gumroad, and nothing on this page needs one.

How do I find the payments that keep coming out of my account?

Every payment that repeats, what they cost you in a year, and the ones to look at twice: payments you may have forgotten, ones that overlap, ones that went up, and ones that look like a test or a trial nobody agreed to.

How do I use it on my own bank statement without anyone seeing it?

Turn your wifi and mobile data off first. The page keeps working without a signal. Copy the list of payments from your banking app or a PDF file and paste it in. You can delete your account number and address first, because the check only needs the dates, the names of the payments and the amounts. Two or three months finds more than one.

Can it get something wrong?

Yes. It looks for payments that repeat and for the names of well-known subscription services, so it can miss some and flag others by mistake. Read each line. It is not financial advice.

I was charged for years for something I never installed. Can I get the money back?

Maybe, so act now. Screenshot every charge, write to the company asking for a refund, and tell your bank or card company. In the United States a credit card dispute must reach the issuer within 60 days of the first bill with the error. In the United Kingdom, chargeback and Section 75 may apply to a card payment. Older charges can be harder to recover, and your bank can tell you what applies. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. For a website, sign in and look for Account, Billing, Membership or Plan. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Did this check help you?

Tell UtilForge what worked and what did not. Each button opens an email to lindsay@utilforge.org that you write and send yourself. UtilForge will only quote your words on this site if you say it may, and then with your first name and country only.
